  • UX Design Director

    As UX Director, I supervised the studio’s user experience process. Led a team of 4 UX designers through training, workshops and annual reviews. Collaborated with key leaders and stakeholders to understand business goals, target audience members and other factors that will impact their user experience approach. I delegated responsibilities to staff members to ensure the team stays productive, organized and efficient.

    Identified opportunities to elevate player experience and solve pain points through market research, various consumer insight testing and information gathering as well as keeping abreast and up-to-date on new gaming trends, competitors and previous consumer feedback and experiences.
